He's just broken. I know it's so tempting to anthropomorphise these creatures but having lived with a cockateil for the past three years I can tell you that it's all hard-wiring. Every day is the same routine; he's like a little feathery robot.
Sure Jim, I know he's hard wired like us all, but I'm interpreting it in human terms - anthrpomorphic. Cheeky I know. I think this does tell us something about being human.
Yes titus, the whole scene has a monmumental feel to it and it all trurns out to be quite fucking funny!
I was torn between seeing the peguin as some wayward existentialisT (Like Homer) or a deluded nutcase (Like Don Quixote). It moved me and it also made me burst out laughing.
